Haradinaj: Year 2019 to be difficult for Kosovo, cause of special court dialogue

He has said that 2019 will not be easy for Kosovo, as he will face the process of dialogue with Serbia and the Special Court.

Haradinaj has said that the party he leads, the AAK, has never been stronger for new elections.

“As the Alliance, I believe that we never had the best job for elections, but I don't know how much it is in the country's interest to go to new elections in the processes that are Kosovo”, Haradinaj has said.

Haradinaj has invited the two largest opposition subjects -- the LDK and Vetevendosje Movement -- to join the dialogue process, saying no one should fear this process.

“LDK better come to the table. So it can come to take the materials and then go discuss them with party structures and finally let them vote. There is no danger of something that will remain at the door - something bad. Not coming to the table is fear, it's abstinence. Vetevendosje has another position, but also as an observer it is likely to come to”, Haradinaj has indicated.

The prime minister has also talked about reports the government has established with the PSD.

He has indicated that he would like to include this political subject in Government, but, according to him, PSD officials have made it clear that in this mandate, they will not be included in Government.

I know in opinion everyone thinks there is some kind of secret love of power. However, as much as I have communicated with them, they have said they want to enable Kosovo to perform what it can, so not blocking the country. They are not interested in taking on governmental responsibility in the current ruling conspiracy. They told me that if you do a job that is in the interest of Kosovo, you have our support. I am so glad that the PSD found courage in this regard”, Haradinaj has declared.
