The office of Kosovo's prime minister in a response given to Periscope has said they still do not have official answers regarding the refusal of US Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's visa.
Al Jazeera has reported today with sources of the US State Department that Haradinaj has been denied visas as sanctions for failing to lift the tax on Saber and Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was even reported that the US has given the government an ultimatum until January 21st to lift the 100 per cent tax imposed on Serbian and BiH products.
But Government spokeswoman Donjet Gashi told Periscop that they still have no official response from the American Embassy regarding the prime minister's visa.
And we have no official answers, and the prime minister, even if he went and had planned to participate only in morning prayers”, Gashi said of Periscope.
Deuting the news that Haradinaj has been invited to attend the Western Balkans conference in Washington on February 6th this year. /Periscopi
