The exercise plan is simple: Do this exercise daily without exception.

First week: Start resisting 20 seconds and add up to 60 seconds.
Week two: In 60 seconds, you add resistance to 90 seconds.
Third Week: 90 seconds of resistance add to 120 seconds.
You're gonna do the plan by hanging the mud on the floor. Bite the mud under your shoulders. Hands must be parallel to the body at the distance of the shoulders. Point your neck and back at a spot on the floor, about two inches [30 cm] ahead. Let your head be online with your back. Keep this position 20 seconds.

The second week when the plan is made comfortable, lift one leg and keep the position 20 seconds and then switch position, keep the next song 20 seconds in the air until the rest of your body is in the position of the normal plan.
