Willie McKey, a soccer agent, published the messages his son, Jack McKey, had exchanged for him before he disappeared. These messages reveal that McKey had organized the Argentinan trip, but was not involved in the aircraft selection process or the pilot.
The search for the Argentinian attacker, who moved to Cardiff City last week, ended on Thursday after Guerseny police decided not to continue this process because they found no sign of the plane during the three-day search.
Their plane was traveling from Nantes to Cardiff and disappeared after losing contact with the Casquets Air Traffic Control Center, some 13 miles [13 km] from Guerseny Island of Great Britain.

Sala had traveled on the same plane for his trip from Cardiff to France and had just landed, told friends and his former associates that the trip had not been comfortable.
When he started his journey back to his new club, Sala texted his friends saying the plane was making some strange noises. Some English media reported that the plane had found it difficult to leave and had tried four or five until it was finally launched
