The descendants of Fadil Vokrri, Agim Ademi, face trial for abuse of power

Kosovo Football Federation Chairman (FFK) Agim Ademi will stand trial today to face charges of criminal acts of obligation and influence.

Ademi is accused of a person's being threatened to death with Muharrem Rama. All of this, according to the Prosecution, was meant to change the status of a plot of land.

The indictment is said to have demanded from Dr. Caldolli the sum of thirty thousand euros or a car called “BMW X5”, with the goal of their impact on the decision-making of Pristina Municipal Assembly Chief Sami Hamiti to change the status of a plot of land from “to the green” to “construction area”.

The trial is led by Judge Valbona Musliu-Selimaj, as well as the other two members of the court of Judge Vesel Ismajli and Naim Krasniqi-Jashnica.

At the first point of the act, Agim Ademi of Muharrem Rama is charged with using the time-time threat of death from July 12th 2012 to September 12th of the same year, in co-ordination and deliberately of the material gain for themselves or the other person, in the manner that, according to the prosecutor, Muharrem Rama physically attacked the victim Dredo Cadoll to force him to do an act at the expense of his wealth, respectively, to give them a BM5-type car, which he expects later to surrender to Sami Ham.

Coming to the second point of this indictment is said to have been asking Dr. Caldolli for 30 thousand euros or a car called “BMW X5”, in connection with the exercise of their inadequate influence on the decision-making of Pristina Municipal Assembly Chiefs Sami Hamiti to change the status of a plot of land from “to the green-green” to the “construction area”.
