Court neglects retrial of former VV activists charged with terrorism

But so far the Pristina Constitutional Court has not scheduled any hearings about this case. The retrial has not begun, although with the Code of Criminal Procedure these cases should be handled with priority.
The random judge, Becir Kaluldra, has given no reason for failing to process the subject. On the other hand, defence lawyers have said this case is not a priority for political causes already.
The four indictees -- PSD deputy Frasher Krasniqi, activist of this political subject, Adea Batusha, as well as two VV activists, Father and Arifi -- Egzon Latifi in November 2017 were found guilty of the rocket launch attack three years ago in the Kosovo Assembly.
