In May, there is a year since the prosecution in Gjakova filed charges against Andrew Shala, now Minister of Trade and Industry, Diaspora Minister Dardan Gashi, and Sami Lushtak.
But no court hearing has been held in this case.
The Constitutional Court in Gjakova has argued with the lack of judges at its branch in Malisheva.
However, she has given no date when she will set this session because her officials have said they have other priorities.
Gashi, Lushtaku and Shala are accused of unauthorised possession of weapons, as they were seen in a video celebrating at the office of Fatmir Limaj.
Deputy Prime Minister Fatmir Limaj had gathered friends and lovers at his oda in Banja, Malisheva, December 2017, following the release of corruption allegations as a minister of transport.
Prosecutor Ismet Tofaj has told KTV via phone that the prosecution has done its job and is waiting for the Court to call the session. /Periscopi
