The Constitutional Court in Gjakova has approved Gjakova's Constitutional Prosecutor's request, assigning the detention measure of 30 days to defendants B.V.
The defendant B.V., allegedly since September 2018, in the quality of the Albanian language teacher at primary school “Mazum Kapuska” in Gjakova, that he has consistently begun sexual harassment against 27 students of a class, using tempting words and barkings in different parts of the body, is said in the Bidakova Constitutional Prosecution communicate.
