Ahmetaj in 2017 was a beneficiary of the grant by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development and the Agency for Agriculture Development.
He says that as a farmer he has carried out all necessary provisions of obligations as a beneficiary of the grant, in which the release of financial resources from the Agency for Agriculture Development should be based.

According to him, the object for breeding goats has been built entirely, based on administrative instruction from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Rural Development.
He has been the beneficiary of a grant of 77 thousand euros. 70 percent of the grant sum, or 53,900 euros, would have to be paid by the ministry, while the rest of the investment has met the farmer.

The first assessment commission has arrived in December 2017 and has said that standards are met. After the first commission of surprise, I have received another review commission, and they have assessed all the work and said that the standards are met, but I have expected my payments to be carried out, and that has not been carried out surprisingly has come my first decision with denial because of not meeting the” standards, Ahmetaj says.
He has filed complaints to reject AZHB's refusal. His request has been rejected with the reasoning that this object does not meet standards, as far as it says all investments have been carried out according to the Ministry's administrative guidelines.
The “all these investments I've made are acceptable investments in the administrative directive number two appendix”, Ahmetaj adds.

He says his complaint to the minister has received positive answers to the release of the means.
The ministry has not responded to these complaints.
AZHB Chief Chief of Task Officer Ekrem Gjokaj, who operates within the Ministry of Agriculture, in a call-up response. com has said farmer Ahmetaj has passed all administrative forms at the Agriculture Development Agency.

The only way a farmer can follow now is a court procedure, that all administrative forms of the Agency are exhausted. This case is in 2016, and all deadlines have run out, and I've seen the farmer's concerns having two visits and a supercontrol and we wish he could win the case”, Gjokaj said.
