The maintenance of Pristina's streets and squares by the municipality in these snowy days leaves much to be desired. The square “Zahir Pajaziti” in Kosovo's capital is already looking like a skating track. Ice has covered parts of it, seriously endangering the lives of citizens.
A woman has collapsed on Sunday evening, not far from the September of Kosovo hero Zahir Pajaziti, near booths set for so-called Christmas market.
The woman slipped as a result of the ice as she walked through the square. By the fall, it has remained unconscious for several minutes, the witnesses for the Express Journal have announced.
The woman was immediately assisted by passersby. Fortunately, a doctor has been shot among them, offering her help at the scene. /Express/
