He said he escaped until the closure of the investigative file in his charge -- a time he has not preferred to spend in a cell, but in secret and saving some police operations, among them the RENEA forces.
After the search for several charges, I've been hiding since then. I hid because there was no evidence. Justice didn't have the papers for me. From that moment, I received an announcement that documentation has come to judge that my case passes to Albanian justice. From this moment on I'm willing to answer” Balili says.
