Being a parent is a blessing. However, it can be a challenge, as it is a whole new adventure without any guidance. One of the biggest challenges most parents need to face is for a child to sleep in such a way that both parents relax. These ways can help: Change the light in the room to help your child distinguish day and night. However, if your child understands this rule, your life will be much easier.
Take a night's shower. The hot shower before you go to bed works great for everyone. Why not use it for your child too! A warm shower in your child's night routine may signal that it is time to sleep.
Adjust the child's room temperature: According to Dr. Alan Green, the infant's optimum sleep temperature ranges from 19 to 21 degrees Celsius. Maintaining your child's low room temperature allows your child to fall asleep faster.
Stop drinking coffee if you're breast feeding: It will have the same effect on your child as it does on you, waking up!
Stop the child from sleeping before he goes to bed: Studies show that babies playing touch screens such as phones or other devices affect sleep problems. Keeping the baby out of the screen for an hour or two before they can help them prepare to call him one day.
