According to Serbia's public service, this vehicle was suspicious of security service members, so they began controlling it.
It turned out, however, to be a false alarm, because the car was actually a Russian diplomat who is serving at the Russian Embassy in Albania, and that was reportedly an embassy-owned car, according to RTS.
