The testimony of Kasum Hajdari and many others, the prosecution has taken into account in its indictment against Serb war crimes suspect Darko Tasic, who is expected to appear before the tribunal tomorrow.
In the testimony of Kasum Hajdari from Krusha e Vogel, the entire moment, when Darko Tasic and his family, had burned the lifeless bodies of Albanians.
“Kamion was driven into the river but he was stuck in a place where the outside remained on the water. Tasic left and came back soon after he got stuck, couldn't go any further. At one point the witness came closer to the river to get a better view. Then he put these people out there to distribute a subject inside the truck cover, and five minutes later out of the truck came fire. The Witness claimed that after returning to the village after the war at the accused's house, he found the wealth of his family. He also found the van on the truck track. He went to the Drin and helped get the truck out of the water. After the withdrawal of bones and burned clothes”, the prosecution's indictment, provided by Insander newspaper, states.
Kadri Muharrem was also present in March 1999 when Tasic's family was robbing on Krusha Minor.
He in his statement tells of the screams he heard the moment the truck was burning with Albanian troops inside.
The witness was 300m from the river when he first saw the truck, but he got closer. Darko Tasic was driving the truck to the river, but the truck got stuck. They were seen throwing stuff in the truck and smoking. The Witness heard screams coming from the truck. He saw people shooting with their weapons. The Witness claimed that the truck was burned for two or three days, and then he saw bodies in the truck”, it's written in the indictment.
At a school with the war crimes suspect now, it was Driton Limani.
In his testimony to the prosecution, he has shown that after returning from Albania to the place where the truck was left, he found shoes and bones.
The witness knew Tasic's family, including accused Darko Tasic. The Witness claimed Darko Tasic was a local Serb and was a reserve policeman, and had seen him in uniform many times before March 25th 1999. Upon returning from Albania, the witness heard that they were the sons of Keke (Keka's father of Darko Tasic) who pushed the truck to the river”, witnessed.
Ten dozen other witnesses have been interviewed by the prosecution, who have confirmed that Darko Tasic has been a participant in the murder and slaughter of Albanians in Krusha Minor.

Darko Tasic was called up for an interview by the prosecution on December 13, 2017.
But he had chosen to remain silent, refusing to speak to the prosecutor.
