What upset Marina during her vacation in Cuba

Aside from the town, beautiful, colorful pictures seem to have upset Marina on this trip. As strange as it sounds today, there are problems in Cuba with the Internet.

Marina herself has posted several cards through which you can buy Internet, but they work in very few countries.
