Italian authorities will punish them with 500 euros if they eat food on the streets of the city.
Tourists will be forbidden to eat on sidewalks, roads, and to attend public objects between 12 and 15 and 18 to 22.
This ban goes into law this week and will be implemented on several streets of the city, near the most attractive sites to visit. The stop will be completed on January 6, 2019, where the tourist season in Italy officially closes.
Tourists in Florence often eat the streets so that they do not pay objects for this service and therefore, competent authorities make such a decision.
