These documents, Seheshel, former Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic, has said in 2002, had handed the former chief prosecutor of The Hague, Carla del Ponte, to Koha.net.
He has stressed that the documents contained processes from meetings of the Joint Command for Kosovo, which, he has correctly ordered, were an informal organ which in 1998 has acted in order to co-ordinate the efforts of the army, police and the civil sector on plans for the defeat, as he called terrorist activity in Kosovo.
“Gjingjiqi has asked Nebojsa Pavkovic (former chief of the Serbian Army General Staff sentenced by The Hague in 2009 to prison for war crimes in Kosovo, our clarification), to bring those documents, which he later handed to Carla del Ponte. He had obtained several documents since 1999, two fine notebooks with Yugoslavia's Army archives mirror from 1999, as well as the operative war journal of the displaced command of the Third Army”, the Serbian portal “vercinje novosti” quoted Seshel as saying.
According to him, granting these documents to The Hague chief prosecutor is the act of treason of Zojana Djindjic.
