Miroslav Lazanski, as this portal conveys, has commemorated that the US State Department, had announced millions' rewards for Milosevic's head.
It exists, and it's not the question of who took the money. Besides, Milosevic surrendered 24 hours before the US Congress decided for financial assistance to former Yugoslavia. The condition for this help has been to surrender Miloscevqi. This help is not related to the reward that was for some individuals at the head of power. $10m has been split among some by then DOS (Democrat opposition Srbije).
Cedomir Jovanovic denied all of this:
My friend knew everything. No one's been cheating on him and he couldn't fool him like that, Jovanovic said.
