Serbian publicist Miroslav Lazanski, in rts has made a statement, “matcher” says portal “curir”, after he said, former Serbia leader and Hague war crimes indictee Slobodan Milosevic, was sold for $10m by The Hague Tributal.
This information, also on this same television, has confirmed by the renowned lawyer Toma Fila, who has stressed that people from the head of state have many times told him that on June 28, 2001, he has been sold out and not delivered up.
Lazanski in the TV duel with Liberal Democratic Party of Serbia leader Cedomir Jovanovici has said that “is quite clear that someone has taken money for Milosevic's head.
The “E have sold the Milosevic speaker! There was a $10 million prize. Who took that money knows, but it's obvious that someone took it, because if he didn't get it, he'd be crazy. Miloshevich was sold when he achieved the highest price. As if Mladic was sold, as if Karadzic was sold”, he stressed Lazanski not to mention who he suspects from the former head of state for sale, is broadcasting Koha.net.
Those statements have also been made by lawyer Toma Fila, stressing that Milosevic “quickly packed and sold“.
I was with Milosevic on the night of his arrest. I tried to save his head. The three heads -- Milutinovic, Djindjic and Kostunica -- have signed that they never hand him over because of The Hague. This isn't worth you for tonight, these people are lying to you I said... I don't know if anyone took money, but I heard from the Russians that Milosevic sold. Sometimes they told me: Your mayor has been sold, not delivered”, Fila said.
Miroslav Lazanski, as this portal conveys, has commemorated that the US State Department, had announced millions' rewards for Milosevic's head.
It exists, and it's not the question of who took the money. Besides, Milosevic surrendered 24 hours before the US Congress decided for financial assistance to former Yugoslavia. The condition for this help has been to surrender Miloscevqi. This help is not related to the reward that was for some individuals at the head of power. $10m has been split among some by then DOS (Democrat opposition Srbije).
Cedomir Jovanovic denied all of this:
My friend knew everything. No one's been cheating on him and he couldn't fool him like that, Jovanovic said.
