I am not against the agreement between Kosovo and Serbia. I'm absolutely for a deal like that. I am against the exchange of territories. Those gentlemen in the Presevo Valley tell them there is a Conchul deal that they signed and for which blood was shed, Berisha said in opinion, writes Periscope.
He has said that the exchange of territories is rejected by all of Kosovo's friends, and that Kosovo's territorial integrity must remain invulnerable. Otherwise, Conchul's agreement was signed in 2001 and that envisioned the amnesty of those who fought in the centre of UCMPA. But since then, the Albanians of the Valley haven't benefited anything from that deal. They have repeatedly raised a voice about terrorising them from the Serbian state and disrespecting the agreement/ Periscope
