Together with the head of the Kosovo Judiciary Council, Nehat Idrizi, chief prosecutor of the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Gjilan, Jetish Maloku and PDK deputy Zenun Pajaziti, has been served Thursday.
Pajaziti is part of the indictment in the case “Proto”. They have been seen together at a table during lunchtime, at a restaurant in Pristina.
Chief State Prosecutor Alexander Lumez has also witnessed the indictment. That week before he publicly admitted that he had talked on the phone with the other defendant of the case “Proto”, Besim Beqaj.
