The US Senator and the chairman of the US Senate's National Security Commission, Ron Johnson, will visit Greece, Macedonia, Serbia and Kosovo next week, the American Embassy in Belgrade confirmed the Balkan Service for Radio Europe Free.
Johnson, during the Balkan tour, will meet with regional leaders, the embassy said.
He is one of US President Donald Trump's senior associates in charge of special missions.
His visit comes at a time when Kosovo and Serbia are considering the idea of changing borders, while White House National Security Adviser John Bolton has said the US does not exclude territorial corrections.
