Pacolli: The state takes away money from fake veterans

He wrote on Facebook that he is paying attention to so-called cases of fake veterans and that he understands the American allies' position around it.
“Friends help us financially and have the right to know where their money ends. I understand the concern of civil society. I have no comment on the case as long as the prosecution is investigating, I'm a politician and I don't want to influence justice. But I have a proposal; if it turns out there are false veterans on the list, I'll propose that the tools they take go to the families of those who lost their loved ones during the war, killed, disappeared, or disabled and violated. The state of Kosovo, society owes these families one, two or more victims. I help a lot of them myself, but the state should help institutionally. So we would do real justice with the victims of the fight”, Pacolli wrote.
