The three officers who without a decision had taken the children from Valbona Ndecaj are suspended

The prosecution in Gjakova has confirmed to KTV that two N.P. and P.P. officers. They had exceeded their authorization when in June of this year they went with the murder suspect, Peter Noecaj, and had taken their children from their mother to leave their father in custody.

The violation and criminal offence are also suspected of having carried out the case with initial L.Z.
On 13 August of this year, it was reported that just as the suspect in the double murder of his wife and daughter, Peter Noecaj, had managed to take the children under the care without a court ruling, only with police mediation.

The late Valbona Nocaj had requested the help of the Centre for Social Work to meet the children, but since she had requested divorce, her husband had prevented her from seeing her children.

Within about a month, the Police Inspectorate has made two controversial decisions regarding this double murder.

In the announcement issued on 16 August of this year, the Inspectorate had said he had not found any illegal action in handling the case.

As of Wednesday, in the evening hours, it announced that three police officials should be suspended as suspects for misusing official authority.

KTV has asked for clarification on the IPK's side of two controversial decisions issued within a month, but this inspectors haven't given any clarification.
It has only confirmed that investigations are continuing for several other officials involved in the case.

In defense of police officials a month earlier, police director in Gjakova Ahmet Hasi himself had emerged. He had come to Pristina to reason on police actions.
After the suspension, the directorate in Gjakova had no comment.
