The fee's discounting scheme for frequent Durres-Kukes Street users is published in the Official Library. Tarifa starts on Monday, September 17th.
The drop scheme for frequent users involving three categories: Kukes County People's Cars, Buses to and from the Kukes County and Frequent User Cars.
The first category of vehicles by Kukes County residents includes the A and B classes of personal use registered in Kukes County.
These vehicles will be equipped with the OBU (on Board Unit) of the Digital Pass system, and no more than two vehicles per family will be registered in the OBU.
The road fee for 1 (a) passage for all vehicles registered in Kukes County for class will be 50 (50) VAT money and for classroom B vehicles will be 100 (a hundred) VAT money.
This fee will be limited to no more than 44 (25th and 4th) passages per month and valid to use within a month from the payment date for these crossings (if this number is exceeded, then the OBU user will have to be taxed according to the corresponding value envisioned at 11.4.5 of the concession contract)”
The expenses made by the concessional society for the cost of equipment (OBU) of the Digital Pass system, which will be given to the residents of the Kukes district, will be met by payment envisioned in the concession contract. Kukes district users will be able to provide up to 44 transitions with this reduced fee.
The second category includes buses from and from the Kukes district. The street fee for these buses will be 100 (a hundred) cash on VAT per (a) passage.
The third category includes frequent users of the Milot '%Morina Highway, whose vehicles will be equipped with the OBU (OBU Army will be faced by these frequent highway users) and no more than two vehicles will be registered.

From 20 (20) to 30 (thirty) transitions per month, frequent users will benefit a drop to the size of 10 (ten) %i. Over 30 (thirty) to 50 (50) transitions per month, frequent users will benefit a 20 (20) drop in size %i. Over 50 (50) to 60 (six) transitions per month, frequent users will benefit a drop to 30 (thirty) %;
Over 60 (six) transitions per month, frequent users will benefit a drop to 40 (two) %”.
