Moghrin speaks of canceling Thaci-Vucciq meeting, says there are difficulties in dialogue

After separate meetings with Kosovo President Hashim Thaci, and Serbia's Aleksandar Vuciq, Moghrini has said that “engages in the commitment of the two presidents to continue the process and achieve in recent months a legally binding agreement for full normalisation of relations, in line with international law”.
“I've held several round talks with both sides on all issues on the table. The difficulties remain”, she said.
She has not spoken of canceling Serbia's trilateral meeting.
Mogherin has also said he will gather leaders at the upcoming meeting of dialogue before the United Nations General Assembly week for “advanced with work on reaching the” agreement.
