Adriatic journalist Kelmendi has reacted after the Albanian Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy has made a decision to set the fee on the Milot-Morine highway, where the pay gap for Kurds and Kosovars is huge enough.
On September 17th 2018 begins the tax on the Milot-Morine highway, where the disabled and the needy class will have zero tarifim and extenuating packages for the residents of the Kukes district and any other category.
It has become known that the fee for passing vehicles on Milot Morine Highway will be $660 (or 5 euros).
For the Kukes County, this fee is reduced to 100 cents per tush. For each crossing of up to 44 tariff crossings, it's $100, including tvs.
And for that, Adriatic journalist Kelmendi has reacted, who has said Edi Rama is placing the value of Albanians.
If you are Albanian from Kosovo, you have to pay five times as much as an Albanian from Albania”, Kelmendi wrote.
He has said that the national Road tax worth 5 euros in one direction for those coming from Kosovo, while only 1 euros for those from Kukes, is shameful and unprecedented discrimination.
“Edi Rama terms the Albanian.
If you are Albanian from Kosovo you must pay fivefold more than an Albanian from Albania!!
The 5 euro Nation Road tax in one direction for those coming from Kosovo, while only 1 euros for those from Kukes.
What shameful and unprecedented discrimination.
Plus that per capita income in Kosovo is smaller than those in Albania”, Kelmendi wrote on Facebook.
