KEK's new Union leaders have commented on recent developments in the KEK manager's competition.
They prefer politics to have their hands off in the competition, which is closed Tuesday.
The union's deputy head, Nexhat Llumnica, has indicated he opposes the candidate for manager, Blerand Stavileci, as according to him, political parties do not respect the Law for Public Enterprises.

I'm seeing several tower ambitions from political parties come KEK management director.
We understand that you do not respect the law because the law for public enterprises, Article 17 points 2л k), does not allow political parties to come and run the public enterprise where it was quoted:
A person is not considered independent and does not qualify for elections as a director in a public enterprise whether he is or at any time during the 36 months before the application date has been a elected public official named political or a manager of a leadership post or decisionmaker in a political party.
So these party toweres that are claiming to come and lead KEK has no legal right.
Please be careful not to act as with PTK because KEK is of particular and vital importance to our country.
