Cofounders of the photo distribution app, Instagram, Kevin Systrom and Mike Krieger will leave the company.
Systrom, so far chief executive of the app has said they will leave to “detect our creativity”.
Instagam, an app that was bought from Facebook in 2012, worth $1 billion, now has more than 1 billion users.
The announcement of the departure of these two persons has come at the time of reports of strained relations between them and Facebook leadership.

“Building new things means that we have to leave, understand what inspires us and conform to what the world needs, that's what we plan to do”.
Meanwhile, the founder of the company, Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, said in a statement that the Instagram has reflected the way the founders of this app have “combined creative talents”.
I've learned a lot by working with them in the last six years and enjoying it. I can't wait to see what they're going to create now”, he says.
Systrom and Krieger are in their 30s while studying at Stanford University.
