Hennessey has been making media campaigns for the upcoming sports model, which according to company management, will in theory reach speeds of up to 500 miles per hour.

Although the production version of the Venom F5 model has not yet been carried out, by the end of August, this vehicle's monstrous aggressor was introduced in Monterey, California.

It's a 7.6-liter engine of twin turbo V8 designed to provide over 1,622 horse power, which should be enough to accelerate the F5 0-300 km/h engine in less than 10 seconds and reach the maximum speed of 482 km perh.

John Hennessy, director of the company, said the current engine he is testing is about 1.540 horsepower to be able to provide enough energy to reach the 482km/h limit.

I want to see that Venom F5 reaches 500 miles per hour”, he said. Also, to reach a speed of 500 km/h, a long and sufficient path is needed to accelerate and stop safely.

One of the speculation options is that the company will ask authorities to temporarily shut down some of the direct and right sections of the highway in Nevada or Texas for testing purposes.

If the American manufacturer succeeds in his purpose, it will be known next year, when the first test of Venom F5 is planned.
