They are warning of the country's difficult position as a result of the government's financial mismanagement, which they have considered to be totally careless in this regard. The possibility of spending state reserves has not ruled out even government representatives.
Haki Shatri, economics adviser to Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj, has told the newspaper “Zeri” that in the event of spending state reserves, additional means can be provided through legal routes, which are guaranteed by the Public Finance Management Law.
