None of the 20,000 names published as fake veterans are being investigated by the State Prosecutor. State Chief Prosecutor Aleksandar Lumezi has confirmed that each of these 20 thousand people, whose names were published days ago, in some way contributed to war, but adds that the same may not have met the criteria to win the status of the KLA veteran. On the other hand, connoisseurs of justice cases see an application review necessary from a new government commission.
None of the names published days ago on the list of 20 thousand people who have gained veterans' status are suspected or charged.
All their applications will be examined in the fundamental prosecutors, and if it comes to the conclusion that either of them has forged, deceived or legalized false content, then it can be considered a criminal offense and prosecuted away.
So stated Chief State Prosecutor Alexander Lumez in a pronomination for the newspaper “Voice”, adding that none of them are even proposed as witnesses by the prosecution.
