American Ambassador to the UN: US has not changed positions for Kosovo

US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley said American government positions regarding Kosovo have not changed.

Asked today by the media for John Bolton's statement that “The US is open if leaders in the Balkans agree on border change”, US Ambassador to the UN Nikki Haley said US government positions have not changed.

I don't believe that positions have changed. I think what you're asking is what we're saying all the time. There are individuals who speak to the administration and there are people from the administration who also speak. ”
