As never before, Isa Mustafa has counted Serbia's crimes against the Albanian population and cited Serbia's structural approach to Kosovo.
Kosovo, our country, is at the greatest risk after declaring independence. Ideas of border correction, in exchange for territories, for special autonomy for Serbs, are serious inroads to what we have built these ten years, from the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution and the International Court of Justice's decision. There is no reason for Kosovo after 116 recognitions to question its citizenship, simply by the fact that Serbia has not accepted this citizenship, that it should create space for Serbia to gain something. Serbia caused more than 13,500 victims of war in Kosovo, Serb hordes violated over 20 thousand women, destroyed over 100,000 properties, robbed the pension fund, deported in all fields, destroyed the economy, penetrated over a million people... These are victims and some of the consequences caused by Serbia's logic to win. Therefore, we should not create opportunities for other victims, for relocation of the population and for new conflicts”, Mustafa wrote, the Periscopi broadcast.
According to Mustafa, the correction of borders and the exchange of territory does not complete the report with Serbia, but deepens the state of Kosovo.
“Serbs do not live only in the north, they also live in 6 majority municipalities inside Kosovo, live in Bujanovac and Medvedja (which we are said to take along with Presevo without giving anything! ?) So the issue of Serbs does not end with ethnic boundaries, but starts by kidnapping part of the territory, then by specific requirements for the Serbian Orthodox Church and for Serb-run municipalities. It starts and doesn't end. Such ideas destroy our state being and bring us into an undefinated state of”, Mustafa wrote on the social Facebook network.
He has also attacked a statement by Thaci, who had said that Kosovo has a gift from Rankoviqi to northern municipalities.
“Arseditation of the territory with “Explorations” that municipalities in the north have received as a gift from Tito and Rankoviqi to disrupt Kosovo's ethnic makeup is inconsistent, as far as it would be unserious to think that we have wrongly declared independence on the territory that includes these northern municipalities on Kosovo soil. This behavior is denial of the Declaration of Independence from the mouth of the country's formally higher institution. Ideas and initiatives to destroy this country are not few. While I was Kosovo's prime minister, the initiative for the Economic Union of the Western Balkans was trumpeted. A new Yugoslavia saw Croatia and Slovenia, but with Albania. As is the idea for the Customs Union of Western Balkan countries. I have strongly opposed them on behalf of the Government of Kosovo and have not allowed Kosovo to merge into such organisms that in substance damaged our state”, he has said further.
Mustafa has stressed how the Democratic League of Kosovo considers that Kosovo has its own well-deserved and legitimate borders and that touching borders is touching and violating the state being.
Serbia must accept Kosovo at the borders that it has declared independence and in which it has recognised over half of the land globe states. The normalisation of relations with Serbia should not be bought with territorial exchanges, but we must achieve it with the construction of good peace and neighbourly reports and respect for the rights of Serbs according to better European standards, more economic development and educational and cultural prosperity. The position of minorities, neither Albanian nor Serbian, as well as other minorities is not resolved by ethnic borders and with their shift, but by providing equal rights to”, he has said in the end. /Periscopi/
