The launch of flight lines “Air Albania” has caused not a bit of controversy in Albania. All this because the opposition there is charging that this company does not exist. But what has been seen today, when first travelers with this line even left, is that all the navigational signs on the plane they traveled were only English and Turkish, not Albanian.
Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has stopped at the south at Rinas Airport on Saturday to escort the first passengers to Istanbul “Air Albania”. What has been seen, however, is that on the plane they traveled, the navigational signs were not in Albanian. They were only in English and Turkish.
The launch of “Air Albania has triggered no small controversy in the country. The opposition has charged yesterday that Air Albania does not exist. Meanwhile, citizens are still sceptical whether this line will lower ticket prices, which Albania has the highest in the region.
