The Kosovo Appeals Court has approved it as based on the Kosovo Special Prosecutor's complaint in the case where the accused are Adem Grabovci and others. The Pristina Foundation Court Act of August 13th 2018 has been changed so that for the implementation of the procedure in this competent criminal case is the Department of Criminals, the Appeals1>, the response reported.
The Pristina court had decided that the subject would be tried in the general department the verdict was appealed by case prosecutor Drita Hajdari.
