Although the hospital denies, however, a 20-year-old from Kumanovo says he was beaten by two doctors.
I saw that my mother was dragged by the arm and thrown out. When they took my mother out, they shut my doors and I saw that all my doctors were close, and the doctor first got me boxing here. When the doctor went boxing to me, I was trying to protect myself, everybody was humiliated, what they were in, what they were in, and the drug addicts, the mobsters, and the doctors, and I got punched, kicked, and I had a lot of blood on them, said the V.A. A patient.
Even after they tied her up, the V.A. One of the doctors claims that he was being abused and offended. The young man's mother feels that this has been an attempt to get his valuables.
My son was caught only because he had gold and money to freak out the boy and tow away. But if they bring my son to this condition, I'm not leaving this! To take the child right and get slaughtered, this is... “, Hanife A said. The mother of the V.A.
The psychiatric hospital denies these claims. The person in question has been brought to the hospital in serious acute-psychotic state, with aggressive behavior and injuries, says Qamil Kovac, director of the psychiatric hospital.
The patient in question has been treated with bodily injury. After staying at the hospital for about 16 hours and giving adequate therapy to get to the point of reassuring the patient, the initiative has been taken to send him elsewhere to become a body injury treatment. The patient was meant to have suffered bodily injuries”, said Kemal Kovac, director of the Bardovca psychiatric hospital.
Kovac also denies V.A. contact with other patients.
None of this can be witnessed, however, because there are no security cameras in the room where the patient is admitted. The only evidence remains the reports of doctors.
It says that the patient in the hospital has suffered injuries, while there are no valuables with him. The V.A.'s mother told us the case was presented at the Karpos police station.
But police officials from this station have not recorded the case.
After conducting the case checks asked for, concessions have been found to have been made in the actions of the police official, and necessary measures to be taken against him”, the MPB said.
With or without facts, any presentation made by citizens should be recorded in the police, but this did not happen in the case of the V.A. The Interior Ministry did not give us any more detailed information about why the case in question does not work where the patient's family presented it. However, TV21 from his sources learned that police officials have not registered the presentation. They've only instructed the V.A.'s family to present the case at the Home Affairs Sector in Kumanovo.
