(8 years ago)As the murder of a 40-year-old woman and her daughter by her husband in Gjakova has sparked strong reactions in Kosovo in defence of women's rights, folk music singer Sinan Vladaliu and rapper Ghulo call for the murder of women. <x)
“Nys os, with the next look I saw you drown”, says Pristina rapper Ayjet Bayiqi é known as Ghulo, in the song published today that is called “Vet me the love”.
The project is éremake of song “But to bring in the song reemaque, Vlasalou has been cooperating with the Gulo rapper, who stimulates women's killings.
The lyrics of the song are written just by Ghulo, and Nörteel has already accomplished the music and composition.
These calls for women's murder in the project published today by Sinan Vlasaliu come at the moment when major debate has been sparked in Kosovo over the 40-year-old assassination of Tropoja, Valbone Noecaj, who had been married and lived for several years in the village of Brekoc in Gjakova.
Noecaj was killed Tuesday by her husband, who killed his 9-year-old daughter.
Women's rights advocates, minister of justice, prime minister and president of the country, and many women's rights activists have reacted to this event today. The case in question testifies to the woman's unfriendly position in Kosovo society.
