Interest does not surrender to Modric

Inter has not given up on Luka Modric of Real Madrid, as it is expected to try again in January.

The Croatian contract with Real Madrid ends in 2020, and the Spanish club has made it clear that it has no intention of selling it.

The midfielder has expressed his desire to join his countrymen in Milan, Ivan Perisic, Marcelo Brozovic and Sime Vrsalkos, with whom he went to the finals of the World Cup, where they suffered defeat from France.

Although relations between the two clubs are not good at all, according to Corriero dello Sports the agreement could be reached in January.

Reali has indicted Inter at FIFA during the summer, saying the Italian club has contacted Modric without their knowledge.

It remains to be seen what will happen to Lucas' situation by January, when the passing term of transfers will be opened.
