Serbia's People's Party Chairman Vuk Jeremic said that the demarcation of the border line with Kosovo, which Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq is engaged in, represents a redefining of borders.

As Serbian media report, Jeremic has said that “this parks a permanent and presumption of a part of Serbia's” territory.

“Determination of the borders presents Kosovo as a member of the UN within six months, while within a few years the Great Albania”, Jeremic said in Kragujevc, where he participated in the continuation of the People's Party's campaign “A signature changes everything”, aimed at collecting signatures against the agreement with which Serbia would allow the seat in Kosovo and thereby recognise Kosovo's independence.

Regarding President Vucic's recent statement, which commits itself to demarcation of the border with Kosovo, Jeremic told reporters that “demarkation is non-unconstitutional and deeply harmful and constitutes an accelerated dictatorship, which comes from fascism in Serbia”, Telegraf conveys.

Former Serbian Foreign Minister Jeremic said that “if the state [Serbia] -- which has many ethnic minorities -- decides to make demarcation with one -- this will not be the last minority with which it will make demarcation”.

This is an extremely dangerous process, which means you start calling yourselves political opponents agents, the priest of the Decani Monastery a spy and traitor. This doesn't end with that”, Jeremic said.

He said the People's Party is collecting signatures against all these developments so that the one who is willing to sign Kosovo's independence “shakes hands”.
