Serbia's citizenship did not work because Kosovo drivers are not allowed to cross the border.
Moreover, fines were pronounced over 1,000 euros.
Jelal Salihu, who did not have the patent problem in any other country, was fined Saturday evening.
“Gjoba told me it is over a thousand euros that I have entered with permission of Kosovo”, he told Kosovo Clan.
And the Serbian police did not do just that.
Such problems are not new but the Serb side causes them time and again.
The same had happened to Gezim Shaqiri in February.
"Tou came back from Presevo and I have been stopped and punished for the case is the reason why it's not worth permission for Kosovo”, he relates.
But for someone, it doesn't matter if it's connected.
However, these stops turn out to be instant because for someone there is still no trouble.
I didn't happen to meet with cops”, says a citizen.
But despite these problems that Serbia causes, Kosovo institutions' leaders have no knowledge of them.
Deputy Interior Minister Isa Xhemajli and police spokesman Baki Kelani both say they have not heard of such stops before.
