I feel guilty, I regret, I express regret. I promise that in the future I will never repeat such actions. This is the first time that has happened to me”, said accused Sijarina.
The guilty plea came after prosecutor Suada Hamza made the rescinding of criminal acts in the cause of general danger.
The prosecution in this case is scheduled to be announced Tuesday.
That day, according to the indictment, the defendant was a passenger in the car, along with Albert Kastrat and Dardan Doda, as soon as the match ended, at the exit of Pec, near the pump of the derivatives “Hib Petrol” had pulled half of his body out and fired a gun at the fan car from Gjilan, which was moving ahead of them.
Charged in this trial were Albert Kastrati and Dardan Doda, but during the second review of the indictment, State Prosecutor Suada Hamza withdrew from prosecution with reasoning, and there is not enough evidence.
Albert Kastrati and Dardan Doda were charged with helping the perpetrators in co-ordination after committing a criminal act.
