The guy you see in these pictures is Luciano Mark, one of the coast guards, positioned in duty in the area of Runa drop in Strygen. Mark has survived drowning of two teenage girls, tourists from Kosovo, aged 14 and 15.
The news announces the Albanian Federation of Beach and Rescue Watchers in Water, where Luciano has even been trained. A group of young people have been sailing by boat when the boat has been overthrown outside the safety zone.
Despite the distance, Mark has been able to go on time and save two girls who did not know how to swim. The Federation also writes that Mark had drunk plenty of water while trying to keep his daughters on water so that they would not sink.
