In an interview for Koha.net, the LDK leader says reopening the Kosovo issue is equal to reopening independence. According to him, there is no one right to do this and that with Serbia we need agreements on mutual recognition, on the borders on which Kosovo has declared independence and is internationally recognised.
“Need normalisation of good relations and neighbourhood”, Mustafa said.
He says neither Kosovo President Hashim Thaci nor the country's prime minister, Ramush Haradinaj, is believed.
It's a barren, but irresponsible, dangerous rhetoric. One promises that we take the Presevo Valley and give nothing, and the other that border correction causes war but that all govern together, share roles, together appear in Brussels and jointly try to cheat opinion. Can't trust either one or the other, Mustafa has declared.
Mustafa also talks about the security issue in the country -- about the current ruling coalition -- to President Hashim Thaci as the leader of dialogue with Serbia -- about whether Thaci will get his party's vote, the possible ruling coalition if the country goes to early elections, and many other topics.
