Kosovo, Macedonia's Thaci chat Kosovo-Serbia agreement

President Hashim Thaci has stressed that during the meeting that Albanian Democratic Party Chairman Menduh Thaci has praised him for the Albanian leaders' stance on active and determining role in resolving the name problem between Macedonia and Greece, as well as promoting the rights of Albanians in Macedonia.

“I had a very good meeting with Albanian Democratic Party Chairman Menduh Thaci, with whom we have talked about the political situation in Kosovo, Macedonia and the region. I commended the DPA leader for the attitude of Albanian leaders for the active and determining role in resolving the name problem between Macedonia and Greece, as well as promoting Albanian rights in Macedonia”, Thaci wrote on Facebook.

Also, we agreed that this agreement, which I am convinced will receive popular support in Macedonia along with the upcoming agreement between Kosovo and Serbia, paves the irrevocable path towards membership of the countries of the region in NATO and the EU”, has written Thaci on Facebook.
