Ismaili Bridge has suspended the doctor who had publicly criticised him

Yesterday's Health Ministry has decided to suspend three doctors from working at KKUK. The reasoning on this decision had been inspection in the QKUK departments, where it says all three doctors had not been to their workplace at all. Among the suspended doctors is Department Chief “B”, [...]
Among the suspended doctors is Department Chief “B”, U.S. Clinic of Urology, Dr. Sci. Isa I. Haxhiu.
Through a letter sent, Haxhiu has called the Health Ministry's decision political and revengeist.
He has said that Minister Uran Ismaili has made the decision on his suspension, for reasons as he says: of a letter sent to him several months ago, reporting on abuses made in the health sector and not improving the situation in this sector, as the minister Ismaili said.
We bring Isa Hadzi's letter to Minister Uran Ismaili, where harsh criticism of the work of minister Ismaili is presented.
In this letter, sent in June of this year, Isa Haxhiu had presented the serious state at his clinic, exposing Minister Ismaili for claims that this clinic has improved after his arrival in the post.
This is the complete letter without the intervention of Dr. Isa Haxhiu, to Minister Ismaili, in June of this year

Your Honor, Minister of Health, Mr. Ismajli Bridge
It was about a year from the time you received under administration the Ministry of Health and although your promises have been and remain quite admirable; the links on Facebook and the virtual networks are not spared, whenever you communicate with the virtual public (and unfortunately you in most cases only communicate this way), the real achievements in this dictatorship not only are under expectations, but they expose you to the paint and your virtuality.
You, the minister, have promised many things from your arrival to the top of this dictatorship: from meeting and applying health insurance to the leveling of wages and their rise to health professionals; from providing over 90 %s of the essential drugs to the last pearl, buying equipment worth 50 million euros for SKKKU's hospitals and clinics, but in their place today, it is a list of drugs and sanitary materials to describe patients so that they can access the operation and the dignity of the nurses, never more endangered in the world!
Today as never before, our patients are obliged to buy even the most basic things, from gas gloves; infusions of antibiotics; analgiacs and antiemetics, but they are obliged to buy the most basics and components for their personnel clothes and coverage, in the operating halls, which has not even happened in the war, because at the Molopox hospital where I was during it, all of these had been able to provide and patients bought nothing for their treatment! It never happened there, even five in conditions of war, so that the patient wouldn't be operated, so fall out of the operator program, because of the lack of an ampulle Fentanyl, like it does today, more than four times, just from the start to today! Today, as never before, the doctor and the nurses are indiscreet and humiliated, as with their friends' wages ( 650 Euro a specialist and science doctor, with over 40 years of experience, at the time when the cleaning man in the Post and KEK takes more than that!), but also at risk, in dealing with the many health services and “understanding by their families, insulting, attacking and beating (last reports of violence against doctors and nurses), making them guilty, and they, perhaps, just because of your virtual inference, although everything flourishes in reality!
Mr. Minister, listening to you in the public media and watching you read it in virtual media, the first thing I thought was this: You or the reality you live in, just virtually or someone is distorting it so much that you really start to believe, that this is reality! But the reality is not just by listening, that's, first of all, to be seen and touched, so it should be felt for the nearest. You never visited a clinic, hospital or department, so you didn't come to talk to us every day, who daily face reality and not your virtuality, to show you lists that every day we give patients, to buy even the most basic things; to see what conditions we work on and operate in (a German surgeon, Italian, French, even under the threat of life you couldn't force him to operate, as we operate (without air, without respect for the green zone), because I work in a room where I work in a rural hall, and in the green area, since I'll be able to work in the neighborhood, since I's green service, since we'll be able to work in the neighborhoods and then I'll be able to do the neighborhoods green. SIL, the castoscope, and the Endourology hall have an entrance!), to live up to the reality of the absences of 10 or 20 %s of herbs and sanitation, not your virtual material, over 90!
Mr. Minister, your virtual “ “is not the reality that you probably think you've accomplished and you're doing it, because I know you have a bunch of advisers around you who don't just have anything to do with health (because of the satisfaction of party interests), but unfortunately, some of those who are related and who are living in the real reality every day, seem to hide it, because many of them are playing the role of your snares, but not even your friends, who are also serving it in a distorted form and light. Not only do I see many doctors, my colleagues who live up to this reality, your appearance in fejsbuk, adds to one like, and you “commends “ “of your achievements, and from here I see how smoothy, indiscreet, we are, because we all live this reality but we hide it and distort it, to please you and your advisers and all of you have it!
Yet I hope that this open letter of mine will make you reflect, wake up from your virtual dream and begin to see and touch reality itself, without being even further seduced by the links and flattery of all those who stay close to you, until you are in power, but that tomorrow they will turn their backs and tell you that you are responsible for everything!
You've promised and maybe you're trying to implement major health projects in the future, but I invite you to reflect the small and tangible projects today, for patients and for us, for health personnel, because that's how you're sitting down with the present” for the future. But life is only possible in the present” Tach Niht Nah. So I prefer to live and change the reality of the present, because the future is uncertain, and the past is not coming back!
Friendshipally, Dr. Sci. Isa I. Haxhiu, head of section “B”, ExKUK Urology Clinic
