Huawei appears to have reached a historical record, leaving Apple behind and becoming the world's second best-smartphone”.

The Chinese producer of “martphone” has sold about 54 million phones over the last quarter, 40 percent more compared to the same period last year.

This amount of smart “sold” is sufficient, not only to defeat Apple, but also to narrow the distance with market leader Samsung.

The latter has sold more than 70 million phones in the last quarter, marking a 10 per cent drop compared to the same period last year.

Huawe's continued growth is impressive, according to experts, as it has been able to enter and rise to the top, in markets where until recently his name was unknown
