Hoxha exposed Blake: We've received an announcement to establish an indictment in the case of veterans.

In his letter to his resignation, former Prosecutor Blakaj has said that concerning the veterans' case had filed charges, and this had been forwarded to Chief Special Prosecutor Reshat Milaku, and had also announced Prizren's Chief Prosecutor Syla Hoxha, who had previously been in charge of the Special Prosecutor.

But, Syla Hoxha has denied that the charges filed in the case of veterans have been sent to court.

He has said they have received no notice of such a thing and that the indictment has not come to court.

We have no announcement, we are unaware that the indictment has gone to court, because when it goes to court it is published that the prosecution indictment has appeared. We have no information, actually no indictment went to court”, Hoxha said about news.net.

Prosecutor Elez Blakaj has resigned from his post, as he was reportedly threatened in the case of veterans' lists investigations.

But in his farewell letter to his colleagues, he does not say that he has done so because of threats.

From now on, my professional activity will continue outside the prosecutorial system, both inside and abroad, always in the interest of fundamental principles for a system of integrity justice”, it says in his letter.

He has also thanked his colleagues for their support, especially in the case of the investigation of false veterans, which he says has even filed charges.
