According to the first information provided by the Interconnecting Office of the Republic of Kosovo in Belgrade, the person in question has been detained for criminal acts, which are contrary to the Kosovo penal Law. h - RSJ's Article 125 related to Article 139 (in suspected of criminal acts for terrorism), a similar indictment, as well as other cases against citizens of the Republic of Kosovo since the war.
The continuing bans and arrests of citizens of the Republic of Kosovo by the Swiss state can be assessed as a witch hunt by the authorities of this state and Milosevic's policy practices.
Kosovo's Ministry of Foreign Affairs calls on the northern neighbour, urgently to stop mistreatment, abuse and systematic human rights violations against citizens of the Republic of Kosovo, which at holiday time are exploiting the neighbouring state as a transitary road.
MPJ once again calls the European Union, the states of Quintus and the international community that urgently warn the neighbouring state of such conduct and insist on its immediate release.
