The blood has suffered! Much more than people who view free movement efforts and even pilgrimage as opportunities to provoke and restore the pain and anxiety of citizens who have lost their loved ones in the cruelest possible way.
It cannot be called sincere any subtle attempt to drag the back of mothers who still, even after almost 20 years, search for the bodies of their sons and daughters.
No one can give permission for pilgrimages except them!
Serbs who have lived in Gjakova must give undeniable, unequivocal and clear evidence as tears that they engage at least in finding bodies of murdered and massed victims; not denying crimes; not justifying criminals; and, even those who have not committed outright crimes, asking for forgiveness to their former neighbours, because if nothing else has been done, they have witnessed the silent burning, destruction and brutal slaughter!
And then... they must ask permission to the mothers and citizens of Gjakova! No one else!
As Chairman of Gjakova I guarantee you that once you have obtained permission from the victims' mothers, no one will prevent any visits or pilgrimages.
