What exactly is former director of the government being accused of? PTK's Agron Mustafa

The indictment against Agron Mustafa, Ejup Qerimi and Raj Gjonbalaj, has been handed over to the Pristina Foundation Court.

The newspaper Insider has secured the indictment in describing actions former Executive Chief Agron Mustafa had taken.

According to the document provided by Insander, Agron Mustafa, during the time it was chief executive chief of Kosovo Telekom (2015-2017), even though it had not been competent had linked the Agreement to execute the final arbitrage decision.

The prosecution claims Mustafa exploiting official authority has failed to fulfill his duties in order to cause damage to the victim “D ARDAFON.net L.L.C” (Z-Mobile).

“Well this defendant from the moment of his coming to this position with knowledge and intent had refused to implement these all-powerful decisions, even though with representatives of the injured had held several meetings regarding the resolution of the concrete issue and, in turn, was proposed to resolve this issue in order to prevent arbitration”, is said in the indictment.

According to the prosecution, Mustafa has not taken action in this direction, for which DARDAFON has sent the case to Arbitrazh.

“against all these defendants had engaged on the basis of a tender a source company “The studio”, which the company has been closest to representing at the International Court of Arbitrazhi, which the court had issued the final decision of the 09.12.2016, and that being called into the very same violations for which courts had made decisions in behalf of the damage”, is said in the indictment.

Further in the act, Mustafa is said to have been aware that against Arbitrazhi's decision no complaints were allowed had filed complaints with the British Supreme Court, which the Court had rejected in April 2017.

And from these reasons, Kosovo Telecom was obliged to pay the amount of 32,856,407.28 euros to the company “D ARDAFON.net L.L.C.” ( Z-Mobile, not counting on this amount the extra expenses created for consultant services with foreign experts, professional Studio law services, trips, the meeting for the Commission members, for translation and other expenses that have seized the sum of 351,358.85, then the expenses created in the decision of arbitration regarding the procedure before the London Court and local courts that have seized a lot of $18,323,06, and 65,000 GBP (ins of Great Britain) The Court of London<3x>, the act is said.

According to Kosovo Special Prosecutor Mustafa with these actions has committed the criminal act, “Use of official position or authority”.
